1. Acceptance
By accessing origin-x.in or applying to any Empire program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
Programs are designed for student founders. You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
3. Applications
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Empire reviews applications at its sole discretion. Selected founders receive a separate program agreement before incubation begins.
4. Intellectual property
Founders retain ownership of their ideas and IP. Empire reserves the right to use anonymised program statistics and founder logos for marketing once a cohort is publicly announced.
5. Equity & fees
Empire does not charge founders any cash fee for the 90-day incubation. Equity terms, if any, are documented in the cohort-specific agreement and are not part of these website Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content; do not attempt to breach, scrape or disrupt the site; do not impersonate another person.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the content is error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
