• Account data (email, name) if you create an Empire account.

• Review applications and contact you about cohorts, exams or events.
• Send confirmation, account, and status emails.
• Improve the website and program operations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with vetted service providers (hosting, database, email, analytics) strictly to operate the site, and with investors only after explicit founder consent.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in India and the EU. We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate, support, and follow up on your participation, then delete on request.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jv@empire.in. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session state, plus privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
